FUND RAISER PROGRAM GUIDELINES

  Total Athletic Concepts has created a simple, no risk fund raiser
  program for our 'not so simple' to solve Sport Squares® and
  Town Squares® puzzles.

  This is how it works:

  1. Tell us how many "team members" that you have.

  2. Distribute an order form to each member of your team. They collect
      orders and payments for each puzzle. Checks are made payable to
      your organization. Each memeber who sells 10 or more puzzles
      will receive a complimentary puzzle of their choice.

  3. Total your forms and then contact us with your completed order.

  4. Payment: Your payment to us is calculated on the wholesale
      price you have earned based on the chart below. Please enclose
      documentation if you are a tax-exempt organization, otherwise
      a 6% state sales tax is applicable. A "payment in full" must be
      received before your order can be delivered.

   Sell 10 to 99 puzzles and you have scored 40% of all sales
   Sell 100 to 499 puzzles and you have scored 45% of all sales
   Sell 500 to 999 puzzles and you have scored 50% of all sales
   Sell 1,000 or more puzzles and you have scored 55% of all sales

  5.Payment for orders being shipped via carrier: If you are located
   within a 50 mile radius of Louisville, Kentucky, your order will be
   delivered to you at no charge. Shipping charges only apply if you are
   located outside a 50 mile radius of Louisville, Kentucky. Your order
   will be shipped within 3 days of receiving payment in full
